AVK UK’s objective in gaining ISO 9001 is to assure customer satisfactions. We do this by ensuring customer expectations are determined, exceeded and recorded for evaluation through all stages of customer experience.

ISO 14001
AVK UK is committed to conducting its business operations in as environmentally responsible manner and recognises the need to continually improve its operations in order to reduce the effect on the environment.

Kitemark
Our Donkin product range is the first in the industry to be awarded the GIS Kitemark. The GIS Kitemark represents accreditation to the new UK standards for gas utilities, which were released in October 2006 and have superseded the Transco specifications. The Kitemark acreditation also apllies to our AVK Underground Hydrants which have been Kitemarked since 2006.

Investors in people is awarded to AVK UK as it demonstrates ongoing training and development commitment to its workforce. This is achieved as AVK UK believes in training and investing into people who share and are committed to the AVK’s goals.
