A three part locking device for hydrant outlet and operating spindles to provide security from vandalism, water theft and the potential introduction of hazardous materials to maintain the critical function of the hydrant required by the Fire and Rescue Service and Water Utilities. A simple release mechanism ensures quick and easy access. Requires no specialist tooling and can be retro fitted to a number of UK style hydrants.
